A structured series of movement, breath, and sound working toward a specific outcome — such as stress release, clarity, emotional balance, or vitality.

Deep Relaxation (Savasana)
Time to integrate the practice and allow the body to reset.

Meditation
Guided meditation to cultivate awareness, calm, and inner connection.
