• Warm-up: combination of breathing(pranayama) and postures (asanas)

• Featured Kriya: series of postures, breath, and sound that work toward a specific outcome

• Relaxation ( Savasana)

• Meditation

A 90 minute Kundalini yoga weekly class from the comfort of your own home. All levels are welcome.

Come prepared with a mat, a cushion to sit on, a blanket for Savasana (relaxation) and a bottle of water.

A zoom link will be shared with you the day before class, if you cannot join Live, the Replay will be sent to you shortly after class, valid for 1 week.

A personalised 90-minute Kundalini Yoga session designed entirely around you.

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, build emotional resilience, reconnect with your body, or deepen your spiritual practice, a private session offers focused guidance in a safe and supportive space. All levels are welcome — no prior experience is needed.

Each session is adapted to your energy, needs, and intention for the day.

• Featured Kriya
A structured series of movement, breath, and sound working toward a specific outcome — such as stress release, clarity, emotional balance, or vitality.

• Deep Relaxation (Savasana)
Time to integrate the practice and allow the body to reset.

• Meditation
Guided meditation to cultivate awareness, calm, and inner connection.

Session format

A 90-minute weekly private class from the comfort of your home, or in-person in Cannes.

Private sessions allow space for:
